When I drink and/or take Adderall I don’t eat very much. Last week left me run down and sick, with a major post party hangover and so cold. It’s so very very cold. And windy. I vowed to stop drinking for a few days and lay off the pills in order to put other things in my body. I succeeded.
Get out of bed around 6:30 (pm) just in time to get dressed and make it over to Jack’s mom’s by 7 for another birthday dinner, Giants game and Golden Globes
Brie on water crackers x2
Small amount of mixed green salad
Half of a sweet potato, baked, tiniest amount of butter
Pasta with olive oil and parmesan (last minute vegetarian addition for me)
Caramel cake. Ohhh it’s so good! With vanilla ice cream
Oh and I’m pretty sure Jack and I ordered in when we got home from his birthday party Saturday night/Sunday morning, so add a handful of french fries with mayo and veggie burger as a 5am breakfast.
Have you guys heard of this thing called frying? I just realized it’s something you can do at home and recently learned how so now I must prepare everything for consumption by frying it in oil and sea salt.
Quesadillas for breakfast!! How much stuff can I fit into this before the tortilla screams for mercy? Why would anyone eat anything aside from quesadillas ever?
Oh, well, except for Reese’s ice cream.

At the office-ALMONDS!!! And an apple.

Maybe I should have yogurt for breakfast.
And a salad for lunch.
With just a little-oh my god this cheese is Amazing!! Must eat all of it.
Parmesan too! I’m not even going to put it on the salad. I’m just going to eat a huge chunk of it.
Do I want quesadillas for dinner? Hmmm. Yes. Yes I do. No wait, I’m going to make my quesadilla into a burrito! And fry it because I’m a master chef who learned how to do that.
Can I fry PB&J? We’ll try that another time. Meanwhile I’ll just have Reese’s ice cream.
Sleep for 12 hours.
Woke up early so I’d have time to get flat everything bagel, toasted with 8 oz of regular cream cheese.
By noon-like-5 bowls of Kashi Go Lean honey/flax cereal. Jaw falls off.
Insane hippie bread toasted with butter and jam
Cottage cheese. Not bad.
After work- Maybe I should stop at the store and pick up some healthy non bread, unfryable items…Look at these pies! Why don’t I ever buy pie? Buys apple pie and diet coke and nothing else, eats the middle of the pie, why didn’t just bake apples? Because I ate the rest of it later.
Can you guess what I had for dinner? If you guessed quesadilla…!!!!
Mom calls at 1:30am about a potential move to India, by 3:30 am I’ve had three drinks and am completely drained physically and emotionally. So much for not drinking.
Eat an apple (no skin!) and a blood orange. Get to sleep by 5:00am.
Wake up at 7. I can’t. Move. What was I thinking. Inhale about a cup of Kashi Go Lean jawbreaker cereal and outside of apple pie)
Low cal Gatorade.
Tired Megan eats constantly. No adderall to stop her.
Peanut butter & jelly on one slice of hippie bread toast. Butter and jam on the other.

Cheddar! I love cheddar cheese. Put it on a cracker and I love it more!!
On the way home stop to pick up adderall. Stop to get vitamin water zero. End up buying Reese’s hearts because Valentine’s day is coming up and I love them. Almost home when a wild cookie shop comes out of nowhere! Buy 3 cookies, intending to bring them downtown to share. Eat two on my way home. And a Reese’s heart.
20 minutes later: eat the other cookie and then make a quesadilla! No cheese though. I should cut back on the calories.

Total sleep: 2 hours + 4 hour nap later which means I slept through my plans for the night.
Kashi!! About 1/4 cup sprinkled on top of 1/2 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of Cheerios
Later: flat everything bagel, toasted with not too much low fat cream cheese
Half cup of grapes
Vitamin Water Zero
Nap for 4 hours. Wake up to find email asking if I’m available to model for a fashion segment on a major network’s popular morning show. Immediately respond that I’m available and will do the segment. Then I remembered that I ate the entire planet this past week. Why?? Why did I think this was a good idea?
